However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellations or refunds. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for our programs and courses.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Course Cancellation by Participants

  • Participants may cancel their enrollment in a course by submitting a written request via email to our support team.
  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course start date will receive a full refund minus administrative fees.
  • Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course start date are non-refundable.

1.2 Course Cancellation by BDI Institute

  • BDI Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient enrollments, trainer unavailability, or technical issues.
  • In the event of course cancellation, participants will be notified promptly and given the option to either:
    • Receive a full refund.
    • Transfer their enrollment to a future course session at no additional cost.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation timelines mentioned above.
  • Refunds are not applicable for participants who fail to attend a course without prior notification.
  • No refunds will be provided for partially attended courses or modules.

2.2 Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

3. Course Transfers & Substitutions

  • Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future session or substitute another participant in their place at no additional cost if requested at least 3 days before the course start date.
  • Approval of such requests is subject to seat availability.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, participants may request a course deferment or credit for future courses. Such requests must be accompanied by supporting documentation and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Course Access and Delivery Policy

Course Access and Delivery Policy

At BDI Institute, we offer both online and offline educational courses. This policy outlines the procedures for accessing and receiving our course materials and services.

1. Online Courses

1.1 Course Enrollment and Access

  • Upon successful enrollment and payment, participants will receive an email with course login credentials and access details.
  • Online courses are delivered via our learning management system (LMS) or other digital platforms such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom.
  • Course materials such as e-books, PDFs, presentations, and video recordings (if applicable) will be accessible through the platform, as per the specific online course requirements.
  • Access to course content will be available for the duration specified in the course description.

1.2 Digital Materials and Resources

  • Any downloadable course materials will be made available immediately upon enrollment.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary software or tools to access digital materials.
  • All digital course materials (e-books, PDFs, presentations, etc.) will be provided only as per the specific online course enrollment and are not transferable to other courses.

2. Offline Courses

2.1 Course Venue and Schedule

  • Offline (in-person) courses are conducted at designated training centers or partner institutions.
  • Course schedule, venue details, and necessary information will be shared via email prior to the course start date.

2.2 Course Materials Distribution

  • If physical course materials (such as printed books, handouts, or kits) are included, they will be provided at the training venue as per the specific offline course requirements.
  • In cases where materials need to be shipped, participants will be informed about the estimated delivery time and method during enrollment.
  • Physical course materials are specific to the enrolled offline course and will not be provided for other courses.

3. Course Fees and Responsibilities

  • Course fees include access to learning content, resources, and applicable materials only for the enrolled course.
  • Academy ti4 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by participants.

4. Issues with Course Access or Materials

  • If participants do not receive their online course access details within 24 hours of payment, they should contact our support team.
  • If any course materials are missing or incomplete, participants must report the issue within 7 days of the course start date.
  • Course materials (digital or physical) will not be shared, exchanged, or provided for any course other than the one for which a participant has enrolled.
